Goshness! Another week went by... But what a week! HOCKEY!

There is tons of stuff Iīd love to write, so fingers crossed Iīll stay awake long enough, lol. :D Firstly, Team Finland freaking demoslihed Czechs and Germans! Oh my gosh, I was like O_O @ how well they played and how lousy the Czechs played. But this only proves the fact that Iīve said a million and one times before; we might not be the strongest team in paper, but dammit we can do anything when needed! Those both games just made me <3 the Lions even more. They played with their hearts on their sleeves, and it worked. Go boys! xoxo!

Ya baby, Kipper has had TWO shutouts and 100 save %! w00t! I think itīs pretty clear whoīs the hottest goalie in the tournament right now... Not even Brodeur has had a shutout. And thatīs a lot. You could tell how calm and confident he was just by looking at him during those two games. He made some great saves especcially against Germany, but looked like he was just on a saturday stroll on a park. The guy is brilliant. He makes me feel very confident, and I trust him 100%.

Tomorrow is the game. Yes - Team Finland is going against their beloved neighbours - the Swedes. Itīs gonna be huge. Everytime we face each other, itīs huge... Iīm looking forwards on it SO much! I know Sundin, Foppa etc. have talked trash about the 6-5 loss two years ago and it still bothering us, but hey, everything is settled in the ice. I know for a fact, that the Lions are over with it. So let the pansy Swedes talk, if it makes them feel more confident and better about themselves. I donīt care, I just hope the Lions kick their butts back to Stockholm!

Iīm very dissapointed at Slovakia. I went to bed at seven and woke up at 2am to see Canada and Slovakia clash, but MAN was I bored. They were sloppy slow and made what, one goal. Too bad, I was rooting for them too. I got to give some credit to Canada tho, they looked good and solid. Canīt wait ītill we meet them at the finals! ;)

The Czechs just finished the Germans, 6-1. Too bad for Germans... Now itīs clear that the winner of tomorrowīs game will face Germany and loser Czech. Interesting... I personally donīt care which one we face but I do want us to beat the Swedes. So, weīll face Germany at Helsinki. :) Ooh, USA is playing Slovakia tonight... The game is on in three hours, BUT... *yawn* Itīs almost eleven pm in here, and Iīm tired as hell. Maybe Iīll watch it, maybe not. We shall see. :)

Hmm... There isnīt really anything too interesting going on in my life, ecxept for World Cup. God I love hockey! Iīve missed it SO much... Aww... Now I feel like thereīs a reason for me to live, lol. Oh, btw. Iīm in love with Niko Kapanen. Even more so that what I was before. The guy is scoring goals and assisting them, a total sweetheart and yes - very good looking. ;) Sorry, I canīt help it. He just skated his way to my heart forever, <3!
