I already wrote an entry today, but whatta hell, I feel like writing now... This is gonna be a long speech, sorry. I just want to point out some heroes and stuff...
Finland's first line has been the team's catalyst. Olli Jokinen leads the way with five goals, and his linemate Ville Peltonen leads the team with three goals and seven points. Peltonen, whose World Championship career high in points was 10 in the 1998 tournament, is playing some of his finest hockey.

I agree, Ville and Olli have been outstanding! Ville is leading the scoring leaders (I know this word now...) statistics and Olli is 4th. So unfair they couldn´t finish this tournament, they would´ve kicked some serious butt, in the games AND in the statistics!
Jere Karalahti played yesterday, I forgot to mention it, I think. It was great seeing him play, he assisted his first goal in this tournament... Jere is sucha doll; a rough guy outside who tackles like NO ONE else and fought his way trough an injury just to help Lions. That´s a real man. Did I mention that he is hot? No? He is. And he has the sexiest voice ever... ;)
I feel bad for Noronen, cuz he´s been getting all the blame lately. It´s not his fault, everyone makes mistakes but there´s no one to cover up goalie´s... He showed some awesome moves, and kept our team going, so leave him alone. He is so young, you can´t expect him to take a huge pressure like that. Even Canada´s Briere said so.
Raimo Summanen has got some dirt on his neck too... I respect the guy a lot, and I don´t think he has made any big mistakes. He´s a great head coach, gave his all for Lions first at player and now as a coach. This is Raipsu´s first year as a head coach, I think he did great job. He looks the team as a team, and doesn´t go out and blame just individuals. I tell you, he´s gonna coach the Finns to gold someday! He just needs time.
Kallio, Rintanen, Pärssinen, Söderholm, Mäntylä, Ruutu, Niininmaa, Niemi, Salo, Norrena, Hagman, Kapanen... all of them are great! They gave their all. They would´ve deserves SO much better. (Not forgetting all the awesome players I didn´t mention!)
I luff those guys so much... It just breaks my heart to see them down. It really does. I want to thank Team Finland, for giving their all and making me believe in them again. It was a great efford, great team, great men. Thank you Suomi.
Wow. I´m getting really emotional... It´s just mixed feelings and this sad music I´m listening. Yeah, I know, I´m a weirdo for taking hockey this seriously. Blah...
